Thank you for your question and photos! It appears as though you do have an excess amount of fat in the submental region which could be improved by Kybella treatments. However, you also have a small chin which also makes the excess fat in the submental region more prominent. I would also consider getting filler such as Voluma performed in the chin to create a stronger profile and jawline. Thank you for your question. It is normal for individuals to shed up to 100 hairs per day, so 10-15 hairs after bathing is completely normal.
