This is not unusual and from the image you provided you appear to be healing well and should have a great result. The area of concern may take a little longer to heal but this no major problem. It would not be appropriate to replace the stitch.

Movements such as you describe will effect the muscles of the pelvic floor and be painful for a few weeks after surgery. I doubt that you are doing any damage but I suggest to patients that they let postoperative pain be their guide. Don’t do anything (within reason) that hurts very much.
I am having a pacemaker fitted on 1st April. Can I have plasma rejuvenation?

No problem doing the PRP BEFORE your pacemaker is placed but I would not recommend it for a while post pacemaker implantation.
It would be best to ask your cardiologist however.

Only an examination by a physician experienced in both the surgical and non surgical treatments for these symptoms can answer this question for you.
Viveve is an excellent procedure for mild to moderate symptoms but surgery is still the gold standard for stress urinary incontinence and vaginal tightening. The beauty of the non surgical choices is extremely low risk, painless and may be enough. Repeat treatments are usually recommended however. It is probably something you should try.

Simply put YES.
Ideally surgeries can be done concurrently and the non surgical aspects can be started before or after the surgery.
Economically this is best also as different procedures done at the same time are often discounted a bit.
Only examination by a surgeon experienced in these surgical and non surgical procedures can give you an accurate timeframe and cost assessment.

The injection of PRP to improve the appearance is a safe and somewhat effective procedure in the right hands. It will stimulate collagen production but will need to be repeated. Current thoughts include a gradual improvement with each injection having an improvement over the previous one. Long term it could be better than fat injections but there is no definitive research of which I am aware.

It is very hard to answer your question accurately as it is not clear what surgery you had and what problems you still have. Vaginoplasty means different things to many people.
Gynecologists, urogynecologists and urologists who specialize in genital surgery are whom you should see for consultation. General OBGYNs and urologists may not have the training or experience necessary.
