Hello and thank you for your question. Your nose looks fine from the side profile, but it does look deviated from the frontal view and the tip looks bulbous. Therefore, you can have a nose surgery, which will achieve a nose that can be made narrower but not too upturned.

Hello and thank you for your question. It is possible to make your nose smaller, but if we do it too small, it will look wider. Therefore, I do not recommend you to make it small. Your surgeon can add cartilage to the right spots or reshape the cartilage and add them to the right spots will be sufficient interference for your nose. If your surgeon deproject your nose, it will still look wider. You might gain an Asian look if you do this; therefore, I do not recommend you to do it like this.
I just want my tip deprojected, smaller nostrils, and a smaller tip. Is this possible?

Hello and thank you for your question. Everything you have mentioned above is possible. However, making your nostrils smaller will give birth to different problems. The idea here is that the nostrils can be done smaller only according to how much we can make your tip narrower. The main reason here is to maintain the proportion. In general, your nose can be made smaller without upturning it too much.

Hello and thank you for your question. It is nearly impossible to make your nose smaller without surgery. Therefore, surgical procedure is required. It can be performed with sedation but I recommend you general anaesthesia. Your nose actually has various problems. One of them is a wide look from the frontal view. Plus, your nose looks droopy. Therefore, I believe you need a collective rhinoplasty surgery.

Hello and thank you for your question. It’s not important whether Close or Open Technique is used, but your nose must be shortened. I believe you also need a Lip Lift surgery. Only then you will get a solid change in the frontal and side profile view.
