You certainly do have loss of upper pole fullness. Your nipples appear to be at or slightly above the breast fold. This makes you grade 1-2 ptosis. I think you would do great with a dual plane augmentation without a breast lift. This would save you the expense and scar of a lift. If you really want a super perky final look then you would need a lift in addition to the implants. Discuss with your surgeon. Good luck.

I do a lot of augmentation lifts in one stage in my practice. Probably 90% I do in one stage. The ones I do not do in one stage are the massive lifts [usually massive weight loss patients] and those patients that want a very large implant like over 450cc. If you really want a 700cc I would really discuss with your surgeon doing a two stage procedure to greatly reduce risk and probably give a better final look even if you do not have complications since the lift can be adjusted slightly…

You have third degree ptosis and need a full breast lift. Any minimal incision would not change your shape and you would still have some scars. I would either have a full lift to reshape you breasts and deal with the scars with your surgeon post op or I would accept your breasts as they are and have no surgery. Good luck.

Umbilical hernias are fixed by repairing the diastasis rectus all the time. A breast augmentation could be added without any problem. However, you need to decide for sure if you actually want a breast augmentation. You and your husband need to have a discussion, but this is your body and you get the deciding vote. Good luck.

350cc is about the average size implant that I put in patients that are your height and weight. This increases breast size approximately one and a half cup sizes. You can certainly go smaller and you should get exactly what you want. I always suggest a range of implants that will fit and then let patients try on sizers in office to help make the final selection. If you want a sloped more natural look rather than the rounded top somewhat “fake” look, then you want to go below the muscle. Also the complication rate is also lower with under the muscle. The recovery is slightly longer, but well worth it in my opinion for the look you want and less chance of complications. Good luck.

You do not seem to have a diastasis rectus and the your liposuction looks like it got rid of your excess fat. You are now left with loose skin. This can be fixed with a skin only abdominoplasty[tummy tuck]. Not sure if you need a full, mini, or intermediate where we float your belly button down, so would need to examine you in person to make sure. You should end up with a much improved condition. A breast lift will elevate and reshape your breast. It will relocate your nipples to the correct central spot on each breast. It will also leave your aerolas the correct size. Your breasts are small, deflated, and ptotic[sagging] but not tuberous. Fortunately for you your breasts are easier to fix than most tuberous breasts. You definitely need a lift to reshape your breast and get the nipple centered. I would also recommend implants to fill out your breasts [to reflate the deflated] which could be placed at the same time. Good luck.

Your breasts could be much improved with a revision. The excess aerola could be simply excised and closed. However, to my eye your vertical incision is too long giving you a “long” lower breast. This could be revised by adding a horizontal incision hidden in your inframammary fold to shorten and make the lower breast more round. These changes could be done in one procedure. Good luck.

I agree you only need implants to give you a great result, to just inflate your breasts. 200 and 250cc size are modest size implants. If you like both I think you will regret if you do not chose the 250. Good luck.

It sounds like 75% of your consults have been with ethical well trained plastic surgeons that are trying to give you good information and hopefully a great result. Occasionally women who have a augmentation/lift combination with large aerola will have some aerola retained in order to safely close the incisions. Once your tissues adjust and relax this aerola will be able to be trimmed out with a minor revision. Discuss with your surgeon and he will probably do this for minimal cost.
