Thank you for your inquiry, yes liposuction on arms can be done the same day as an arm lift, I usually preform liposuction first before the lift on the same day there is no problem, I suggest seeking board certified plastic surgeon with experience for an evlauation and further details. You are young and healthy there is no problem having all procedures done at once, of course it is important to have a preop general blood check up and EKG by Internist dr before surgery. No lipo seems to be needed in your case, you would have a good outcome result with only the tummy tuck with muscle repair. Breast augmentation no lift needed and inner thigh lift. Best of luck!

Thank you for your inquiry, it seems to be keloid scarring what you have, a inner thigh lift revision would help to remove more skin and also scar revision, it is also important to follow up with your post op treatments to help improve scarring like kitocell gel for 2-3 months. Thank you for your inquiry, based on photo it looks like your a candidate for tummy tuck in order to obtain good results, a flat tight belly. Liposuction on its own will not fully improve results, however if full tummy tuck with muslce repair combined with liposuction is done you will have better outcome results. General anesthesia is not used for this procedure, I.V sedation with epidural is used. I suggest seeking board certified plastic surgeons to discuss further details. Best of luck!

Thank you for your inquiry and photos, based on photos liposuction on its own would not leave good results, also with time stomach skin will become more flaccid, you are a candiate for tummy tuck in order to obtain good results and also remove excessive skin. A full tummy tuck with muscle repair comined wiht liposuction 360 would have a good outcome result, flat tight belly.
