Is there any hope for my crooked nose?

The photos seem to show the nasal bones are assymetric and well as the septum curved. A plastic surgeon in your area (Board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery) will likely be able to help you a great deal. The photos do not show your entire face. It is common to have significant facial asymmetry as well. An experienced surgeon will take this into account when planning your procedure. Best of luck.

You appear to have good skin tone and should be a good candidate for liposuction. .Chest ,abdomen and flanks can likely be done at the same time. Continued weight loss after will further improve the result.

It is very early in your recovery. You should discuss the contours with your surgeon. In general as the skin adapts to the volume of the implant and the swelling resolves the crease of the original fold will stretch and likely disappear. Time is on your side.

It is very early after surgery. Some of this may be due to residual swelling. .Return to your surgeon and he or she can advise you.

Four months is too soon to consider any additional surgery. The nose is still healing. If your skin is thick to begin with, you should wait up to a year. A skilled nasal surgeon can increase the dorsal height and add cartilage to the tip. But wait a year before judging your result.

In general, cartilage is harvested from the cup of the ear. This leaves no visible deformity. The cup does not grow new cartilage so touching the cup you will feel soft skin because the original cartilage is gone.

In adults we believe that fat cells do not regenerate after removal. Therefore if your weight is stable after the procedure the contour change is permanent. Your photos demonstrate a severe deformity. The underlying cause in part determines the choice of procedure. You will need to find a skilled nasal plastic surgeon.
