Based on your photos you certainly have constricted breasts. The surgical approach is similar to that for a mild to moderate tuberous case. The lower pole is released through a periareolar incision and a dual plane augmentation performed. From your photos it appears that you have combination of over injection and post procedure bruising. It is unusual to require 3 injections in such a short period of time. Arnica may help, but the swelling has to run it’s course over the next week or so.

Dense breast tissue indicates a greater glandular component to the breast. Sometimes it can make mammograms a bite more difficult requiring additional studies, but should have no effect on obtaining breast implants.

Although it is possible to place the nipples too high on the breast mound, insufficient lift is a more common problem. In your case a Benelli lift would not be adequate. You would need implants to achieve the D cup size and probably an anchor lift . Based on an examination a vertical mastopexy may be an option.

Generally a breast lift alone, unless there is a significant amount of glandular tissue, will actually diminish slightly the size of the breast. This is most obvious when there is a loose skin envelope. Breast lifts alone will also not create much in the way of upper pole projection. That is why the majority of true breast lifts require an implant, otherwise you will still require a padded bra.

There is certainly great variation when it comes to breast shape and size. In your case your breasts are by no means tuberous. There is a slight prominence of your NAC but completely within normal parameters. You can expect a very nice result from augmentation alone.

You are never obligated to go larger than you wish. Some surgeons utilize a larger implant to lessen the amount of lifting necessary or place the implant in a completely sub glandular position. In your case you have a narrow base width and a relatively tight lower pole. Certainly treating you as a tubular case would be appropriate . Because your areolae are quite large for the breast surface area, in order to get a good reduction in their size a small vertical component would be beneficial

There is a broad spectrum to the degree of severity with tuberous breasts. You do have some constriction of the lower pole with a narrow base. The areola are also large, but not overly “puffy”. Correction with a release, augmentation and mastopexy can vary in cost, but would generally be around $9-10 K. You can certainly get an opinion from someone who has extensive experience with your situation.

When trying to go large with an augmented round appearance high profile implants are usually recommended.
