in some cases a patient may be borderline candidate for a mini tummy tuck or a full tummy tuck, it seems that this was your case, for this a liposuction could be use a complementary procedure at the same stage or after the surgery, keep in mind a tummy tuck will just take the excess of skin in fat in one particular region but the the fat in the remaining region will be intact.

18 days still a pretty short time for your inflammation to go away completely even with prednisone, remember that after your inflammation is gone you might hit your optimal result within a year post op

first we need to describe what is normal and it may differ from one patient to another , completely flat is not within the range of normal because we do have and need a layer of fat under the skin tissue, plus the pectoralis muscles. if all the fat under your nipple is excised , your skin will might retract.

Just the fact that implants are bigger than the ones the patients requires, this factor by itself do not increase the rapture probability, even though this might lead to tissue deformity and atrophy and lost of the implant coverage and protection.
