Hi, thank you for sending your question and pictures. I highly recommend that you discuss and voice your concerns. The metal showing on the front teeth doesn’t appear very esthetics. Ask you dentist to use all natural porcelain and he can re do the treatment easily. I am confident that all porcelain crowns can be done to match your other teeth and not have the protrusion and the esthetic issues that you currently have. All the best.

I don’t recommend to have any extractions, however with the use of clear aligners, like the Invisalign we can position the teeth in such a way to reduce the flaring greatly and improve your overall esthetics as you want. Since you have crowding, the treatment that you need to consider will be orthodontic in nature to align the teeth and properly position the teeth in the correct place.
