Thank you for your question. My recommendation is that you follow up with your surgeon as he will be able to tell you what step to follow. Usually wounds would separate at time because of your level of activity might have increased. I don’t think you would worry as it heal fine in a couple of weeks.

It is impossible to tell you if you can be that large. It depends on the stretchability of your skin. Having said that, the degree of enlargement you desire will likely require an implant above the muscle and that has a higher chance of capsular contracture.
