Biography: Elise Mnichowski is a Mandeville native that graduated with a bachelor’s degree from LSUHSC School of Nursing in 2011. She began her nursing career in the PICU at Children’s Hospital of New Orleans where she stayed until joining our team in March of 2016. Elise is our main clinic nurse that will be there for you throughout your entire experience with our office, from your first consultation to your post-operative and follow up care. In addition to clinic, she may also be found filling in for recovery and OR. Biography: Emily joined our staff here at Northshore Plastic Surgery in July of 2013. Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana Emily attended Stanley High School of 2010 then moved to Mandeville in 2012 and attended Delta College in Covington, LA for Medical Assistant. Emily is one of the smiling faces you may see as soon as you come into our office or the vibrant voice on the other end of the phone when you call. She plays the role of the “go-to” girl here in the office of being very versatile from scheduling appointments, answering patients questions, Insurance surgery coordinating, post-op/follow-up appointments, assisting with injectables and office procedures and she is also certified in CoolSculpting and our Vaser-Shape technician. Always a southern girl, Emily’s hospitality is appreciated by her fellow peers and patients.

Biography: It is often Kayla’s sweet voice that you will hear when you call our practice and is the smiling face that greets you when you walk in. Kayla is from Ponchatoula, Louisiana and is a graduate of Ponchatoula High and Delta College. Kayla joined Dr. Boudreaux’s office in October of 2013 shortly after graduation and is currently our lead front office/ medical spa coordinator and is part of our Medical Assistants team. She will most often be the helpful member of our staff to answer your phone calls, scheduling your appointments, and assist you with any questions and purchases of our many products and treatments that we offer. Sometimes you may see her floating to the clinic side or assisting where ever she is needed!

Biography: Meet our Recovery Room Nurse Dana! Dana lives here in Mandeville, Louisiana. She began her undergraduate college education at Southeastern Louisiana University and went on to graduate with an Associate's Degree in Nursing from Charity School of Nursing in 2007. Dana began her nursing career as a step-down ICU nurse where she gained most of her basic knowledge of nursing in the critical care setting. Dana discovered that she loved caring for patients in critical care and began working as an Emergency Room Nurse where she went on to obtain her license as a Certified Trauma Nurse. In 2010, Dana began working in the Surgical Ambulatory Care setting as both an admitting and recovery room nurse and came to Northshore Plastic Surgery in 2016. Dana has an enthusiastic and caring attitude and is truly committed to providing our patient's with the best recovery room experience.

Biography: Lauren Joined Northshore Plastic Surgery in 2016, but has been working in surgery with Dr. Boudreaux since 2014 at Cypress Pointe Surgical Hospital. Lauren graduated from Medvance Institute in 2010 for Surgery Tech and then from Meridian Institute in 2014 for First Assist. She assists Dr. Boudreaux during all surgical procedures and assures the operating room environment and all equipment remains safe for each and every patient.

Biography: Kaitlyn Greenleaf is one of our bubbly and personable RN staff that you will likely see when you come to our office. Kaitlyn has been an essential member of Northshore Plastic Surgery staff since 2011. She attended Louisiana State University and graduated from Baton Rouge General School of Nursing in 2008. She is a Registered Nurse and during clinical hours, Kaitlyn can be seen with Dr. Boudreaux during consultations and post-operative visits. She also assists with patient phone calls, patient education and during minor in-office procedures. She is always easy to talk with and eager to answer any questions you may have during your time of surgery and recovery.

Biography: Taylor is the newest member of Northshore Plastic Surgery’s team. She is available to assist you in all facets of your arrival, but primarily works with the check-in process of your visit. She is originally from Covington and is a graduate of Fontainebleau High School. For three years Taylor worked in the spa industry, where she developed her passion for medical aesthetics as well as the artistry of makeup. As you walk in, she is sure to greet you with a contagious smile and energetic hello! She is committed to providing excellent customer service while getting to know patients on a personal level.
