Hello.
There is a wide range of what is normal with labia. From you photo I can see that you have inner labia that protrude past the outer labia which is normal but if it bothers you (causes rubbing chaffing pain or discomfort) then it can be addressed. I also notice the skin appears chaffed and with a rough appearance. Again if this doesn’t cause discomfort then no worries. Hello. Thanks for your question. All surgeries or procedures that involve cutting through skin carry a risk of nerve damage or injury and they must be disclosed no matter how small that risk will be. With clitoral hood reduction and labiaplasty, not only are the dorsal clitoral nerves at risk but so are their many tiny branches. There are labial nerves as well that are to be avoided. A proper revision would include skin resurfacing with RF, further reduction of the hood on the larger side and resection of the extra perineal skin.
