However, a competent, experienced Invisalign provider will always modify and dictate exactly how and what needs to be done before the treatment plan is finalized. You will definitely need some kind of comprehensive treatment to fix the alignment of your teeth. Retainers do mainly what they say, retain the teeth in the position they are in. Reatainers alone will not give you the results you are looking for
