This is not a common trend that happens. But as with any type of injectable procedure there are risks. I would recommend that you see your provider and have the product dissolved over a few different sessions after the baby is born. Also hormones during pregnancy can greatly alter your bodies chemistry which may be affecting your result. I would try to massage the areas and see if you get some relief. Thank you for sharing your photos. Some swelling is definitely normal as you've had fillers before. I would suggest contacting your provider expressing your concern. Also consider taking an anti-histamine such as Zyrtec, and keep them hydrated so they don't split you don't need to get a secondary infection.
