Doctor Personalized By Paresi 60 Year Old Spouse Treated With Lip Surgery
The patient presented to the office with complaints that her lips were too small with minimal show of the pink part of her lip (vermilion). On exam, she had a long upper lip with a very thin vermilion. We recommended an upper lip lift to be done under local anesthesia to reduce the length of the upper lip and give her more show of her vermilion. Notice on the postoperative picture that the patient's upper lip is shortened with more eversion and visibility of the lips. (Feb 15, 2021)
