72 yo woman, who presented with request, "I just want to look refreshed." She admitted to "years of sunbathing" and not taking care of her skin. She was mostly unhappy with her dull complexion and deep wrinkles, especially around her mouth; she did not want any surgical interventions due to cost, personal medical co-morbidities, and difficulty with long hours of traveling. She also expressed concern for the dark circles under her eyes. Pt was counseled regarding the limitations of RF microneedling & PRP treatments to treat the very deep-set wrinkles on her forehead and around her lips/nasolabial folds.
Pt completed 3 Morpheus 8 face and eye (Prime tip) treatments with PRP treatments with each session. She tolerated the procedures well. While the After photo quality is not as clear as her Before photo, one can appreciate the improvement in her complexion with an overall brightness and mild overall tightening of the skin. Upon closer review, one can also appreciate that the wrinkles are more shallow and less prominent. She was quite pleased with the overall refreshed look she was able to achieve just after 3 treatments. Pt was not able to return for 60- and 90- day photos after the last treatment due to health reasons.
The second set of photos were taken between just the first and second treatments. Slight improvements are visible.
