Juvederm family includes many different fillers . Ultra , ultra plus are used for restoring and volbella for fine wrinkles. I can take 2-3 weeks to see the final results and they will depend on which filler you had injected. They all will decrease the lines but none of fillers will completely get rid of the lines.

You may want to try levulan with photo dynamic therapy as an alternative to accutane or other oral medications.
Removal of small, benign bumps, only very slightly raised. Is it really possible?

Micro needling should improve scarring but it takes times see change in the scar – upto 6 months after the treatment. The lesions can be removed but there is always a chance of scarring with any excision. You should give micro needling chance as you have already had 2 treatments

PDO threads can stimulate collagen and should give you similar results as sculptra. You should give sculptra a bit more time. It can take a few months after the last treatment to see results. A filler will help fill the area but may not resolve the issue completely. You may want to seek consultation with a plastic surgeon to consider other options
