You have already recieved some excellent answers. I agree in that you can not chase exact symmetry. Most importantly wait for your firmness to go down in your lips before you do anything. You may want your doc to start you on Doxycycline 100 mg every am for 30 days. This will be acting as an anti-inflammatory at this dose and not an antibioticv. It will help your lips to soften in a shorter period of time.

Thank you for your question. The temples are a great area to use filler. This is one area that starts to hollow out as we have bone resorption occur. It is deceptive how much product may be required here. I think your nswer is use enough product until you achieve the results you feel comfortable. Thank you for your question. Your answer is that some threads that are absorbably go away from 3 months to 18 months. With the PDO threads (Nova) these generally last from 3 months to 5 months for the smaller ones and longer for the larger ones. The silhouette sutures have cones, are bidirectional and last up to 18 months. They cause a collagen, and foreign body reaction and the threads become encapsulated with a collagen tubule which more or less acts a a suspension in your tissue...
