The health of patients is always at the upmost importance and I would not be prepared to operate on anyone with any heart condition without getting medical clearance from their cardiologist for surgery.If you do get the clearance to go ahead then you must make sure that your surgery is performed in a hospital with a certified anesthesiologist who is fully aware of your medical history.

Thank you for your question.Following a breast augmentation, the areola size usually stretches to be within proportion of the breast. But if your areolas are on the larger size, then this would also be exaggerated and I feel like it would be a result that you would be unhappy with.  I would recommend a breast uplift to reduce the size of the areola too and therefore achieve a better result. Wishing you all the best with any future surgery
