For what I can evaluate in from your pictures, you need Liposuction of your Upper and Lower back, Abdomen and Sides of your abdomen (Flanks); the fat can be transferred to your buttocks. I would need to evaluate you in person, just to make sure that with your pregnancies your skin is not flaccid if that is the case you may need additional procedures.
