Keloid scarring in Caucasians is pretty uncommon; what most people interpret as a keloid is actually a hypertrophic scar, so that is good news! Also, the only external scar on a rhinoplasty is across the columella; those tend to heal quite well.

It is hard to comment on results without before photos, but I do see a small depression under the right on that oblique view. You might be able to have some filler added there. For the best results, one will address skin laxity (with the lower blepharoplasty) but also hyperactive orbicularis muscles (botulinum toxin), skin quality improvement (laser resurfacing and/or microneedling) and volumization concerns (fat or filler).

If you are taking blood thinners or aspirin, you are more likely to have substantial bruising with neuromodulator injections. I would prioritize the recommendations of your neurosurgeon as to if/when you can hold those medications. Being off aspirin for 7-10 days would diminish bruising but if your neurosurgeon wants you on them, you will just have to accept the increased risk of bruising, which for the face, is just a temporary aesthetic annoyance.

You did get some nice improvement with your ears. The upper pole of your ear is still a little bit further away from your head compared to either the middle or lower portion of your ear. Is it possible to tighten this further? Maybe. But, as we get older (like more than 7 years old), our cartilage becomes more calcified and resistant to permanent attempts to reshape it. It is likely that this is coming into play.

At 5 months after a facelift, your temples are not going to become more full. Depending upon what you had done, it is possible that adjacent areas could become less full, thereby making the temples look comparatively more full. If you are wanting more temple volume, you could have some filler added. You look good though!

Thanks for sharing your photo. It looks like your scar healed fairly well. I do see a small depression beneath it that may benefit from fillers. Also the muscle bulk in the glabellar area right next to the depression could be softened with some botulinum toxin. I think your scar looks pretty good in this photo, so unless it looks substantially different in person, I'm not sure that I would advise revising it.

Taking ibuprofen around the time of a minimally invasive procedure like Morpheus can increase your risk of bruising and swelling. The main concerns are aesthetic. However, taking this medication around the time of surgery could increase your risk of bleeding, specifically the kind of bleeding that could require a return trip to the operating room.

But, yes, the bruising and swelling would eventually go away; the amount of those side effects would be potentially more pronounced.

Thanks for sharing your photos. In general, your neck and chin lines aren't too bad. So, I would reserve more aggressive procedures for instances where a lot more work needs to be done to achieve ideal results. You would get good results from a minimally invasive approach. I would start with Morpheus to your submentum and jowls. I would also add filler to your jawline (pre and post-jowl sulci), chin and mental crease (indention seen on the side view between your lower lip and chin).

There are a few reasons why an implant can be positioned too high. One can be because of incomplete pocket dissection - i.e. the surgeon didn't completely open the pocket inferiorly. This is more common with an areolar or axillary (arm pit) incision.

It's mild, so your options are: do nothing, remove some excess skin (blepharoplasty), add some botulinum toxin under the brow to lift it up a millimeter or so, consider RF micro needling to face (including eyelids) for tightening purposes.

If your plastic surgeon measures your breasts and finds the degree of droop or ptosis to be mild, an implant alone may be enough to help improve this look. True facial asymmetry will not be achievable, but you could consider some minor tweaks to improve yours. Filler to smooth out the cheeks and camouflage nasal bumps could be helpful. You could also use botulinum toxin selectively: add some the the left lower lip depressors so they don't pull down as much, effectively bringing up this corner of your mouth. Also a little bit of botulinum toxin beneath your lateral brows may help open up your eyes.
