You can certainly reduce the size of your nose but this depends on the skin structure, thickness and colour, this plays a great role. You have wide nasal bones from the pictures you presented and therefore a reduction of the nasal bone would be appropriate, this depends on the harmony of the tip and the dorsum. Good luck!

This does look like a suture granuloma, if you have taken antibiotics and this has not settled I suggest you return to your Surgeon for advice. This may need excising or a steroid injection. Good luck!

Hi Your nose will change post surgery due to swelling, even if there is an area which has not been operated on. This may take a few weeks to go down. If you are unsure it is best to return to your Surgeon for advice. However if you need a second opinion, please seek the advice of a board certified surgeon. Good Luck!!
