CS does an adhesion between muscle and skin (because all the layers have been transected at the same time) and this can accentuate the problem.On the positive side your skin seems to have gone through the pregnancy without too many problems!and it will probably recover well after a simple lipo or Vaser lipo if available. Though it is probably the most aggressive part of the rhinoplasty, it can well be done under twilight anesthesia with a good anesthesiologist in a day care setting

Thank you for your question!Yes it is possible, no it should not be painful and an experienced anaesthesiologist will guide you through the process. Generally nerve blocks and some sedation do the trick and yes you are right it is less frightening… but with modern anaesthesia techniques risks are probably less than driving to work! And it might stress your surgeon if he is not familiar with this technique.
All in all I would suggest you ask your doctor if he can do that!

As you well noticed, lipo does not prevent you from gaining weight, but reduces amount of fat deposed on the areas that have been treated… so the proportions of the body can be altered if you gain weight.

Hello, and thank you for your question, You are right asymmetry is minimal and would not get noticed if it were not for those Zoom months!The upper L lateral cartilage seems to be a bit more convexe and the alae are a bt asymmetric as well, but nothing an open rhinoplasty can not address ( or a mask cover!)Keeping in mind that no face has a perfect symmetry, you can decide to proceed and seek correction or then hope Zoom stock “nose dives” and we forget we ever had to use it!

If your nose is corbin ( droopy tip and closed lip-columela angle) it can surely be done, and a caudal septum shortening and tip rotation can possibly solve the problem.
