Though removing the mole would be a trade for a scar, the scar would most likely be less apparent than the mole. scars do take a year to reach their maturation endpoint, but can be covered with makeup during that period if need be. If you don’t like the appearance of the  mole, i would encourage you to have a plastic surgeon remove it for you. this can be easily done under local anesthesia in an office setting and might take about twenty minutes.

Without preop photos, it is a little hard to fully evaluate where you are right now….that said, secondary touchups are often part and parcel of cosmetic surgery and i presume your surgeon discussed this possibility with you during the consultation phase of your surgery. it does look like your result could be improved by such a second stage touchup. since your surgeon knows you best ( and it appears he/she got you safely and nicely healed through the first procedure), i suggest you return…

From your pix , i suspect your desire for fullness will not be met by a breastlift alone….you would probably need an implant to provide sufficient fullness. an in-person exam and discussion with a board certified experienced plastic surgeon is suggested.

The difference between 300 and 325 is so small  that it would be almost imperceptible so i suspect you are overly worried about this. you look like a great candidate for the surgery and i anticipate a great result either way.

Hard to say a lot without preop photos, but if truly started with severe/asymmetrical tubular issues, then these can be tough problems and might need a secondary touch up in 6-12 months to get optimal result. for sure 4 months is not long enough out to decide it’s as good as it will ultimately be. give it a few more months and best of luck.

Not likely you would have a problem and i suspect (from your pix) you would likely see some nice improvement from injectables and perhaps some other non-invasive modalities as well. be sure you tell your doctor about the sensitive skin issue so they err on the side of slow, gentle and gradual and good luck. i bet you will be very pleased!

Hard to believe operating surgeon would not want to promptly deal with deflation so soon after original surgery. if that is all that it is, the replacement implant would usually be provided without charge. hard to say what is at work with the other side, but again, so soon after original surgery, one would think the surgeon would be on top of the issue for you….even if the plan is to wait for a bit. would remind your surgeon ‘s office of your concerns and perhaps seek a second opinion if…

To be kind, let’s just say that asking a patient to remove their own drains (without the surgeon seeing them in person) after a tummytuck would be highly unusual. I’m reasonably sure i don’t know anyone who would handle postop care that way.

The normal wound healing process takes months to occur, so at 3 weeks you are not even close to reaching that endpoint. much improvement is more than likely to be coming your way !  ask your surgeon about this at your next regular followup visit.

The swelling you describe only 4 days after surgery does not sound unusual. i assume you will be seeing your surgeon very soon, so certainly run it by him/her at the visit.
Does Voluma swell in damp weather? Had it injected into cheek area for fullness about 5 months ago.

I have not seen anything like what you describe in the 2 years i have been using voluma. in general, my patients and i have been extremely happy with this product and problems have been practically non-existent.
Will 0.5 ml of Restylane in the lips be enough for a top up?
can’t imagine you would need or want much more filler than that in your lips

From the picture alone, your lips look quite full already….but if you think some little tweak for a minor asymmetry is needed, then .5 cc of a filler (not necessarily restylane, but possibly) would likely be enough. you should evaluate whether a very small change is worth it in my opinion
