Recovery varies and it is impossible to say without knowing your BMI, pain tolerance, body habitus, implant selection.
I tell patients to avoid lifting more than 25lbs for the first 2 weeks, and to avoid strenuous activity for the first 3 weeks. Walking is encouraged starting the day of the procedure.

Potential tummy tuck complications include bleeding (hematoma), infection (major or minor), fluid collection (seroma), delayed healing, blood clots (venothromboembolic events), scarring issues, skin loss, incision breakdown (dehiscence). Overall complication risk ranges from 20-40% depending on what study is being quoted. Risk of seroma formation is in the 5-15% range….

Breasts are often ‘sisters, not twins.’ The most common configuration I see is a larger left breast, that has more volume at the bottom of the breast compared to the right, that also sits lower on the chest. So not only is the volume asymmetry, there is also distribution asymmetry as well as positional asymmetry.
In your case you likely had (before surgery) a volume and a distribution asymmetry. Meaning the upper part of the right breast is fuller than the upper part of the left breast…

We haven’t seen anything that new in breast implants in the United States in decades. This is unfortunate.A Costa Rican company called Establishment Labs is working on securing FDA approval for their #Motiva implants.
These implants are supposed to have a lower risk of #capsularcontracture and superior gel and shell technology.
Much farther away from US release is a device from the same company that allows for ‘injection’ of small implants through a small armpit (axillary) incision.

Hello,
It’s not possible to determine your tissue characteristics without a physical examination.
Having said that, the move from 285cc to 300cc is 15cc (3 tablespoons of silicone gel), and is approaching subtle so this is unlikely to change much in terms of implant-related stretch and stress.
That said, the larger an implant, the more it stresses the tissues.

Hi,Vascular occlusion is a real but extremely low risk with HA filler. In the last study I read on this (see below), the risk of a vascular occlusion was found to be 1/6000 when needle are used, and much less likely when cannulas are used. 85% of those occlusions that did occur were minor, with zero long term issues.

The circular muscle around your eye (orbicularis oculi) has fibers in this area that bunch up, along with the underlying skin.
A tiny sprinkle of botox in this area can soften this, but it will not eliminate the issue.
Addressing the skin and/or the muscle is the definitive fix. Laser, blepharoplasty are two options that may be considered.
