Dear Patient Almost all the Plastic Surgeons IN USA and Mexico are General Surgeons like meit seems you have an Hernia. In USA there are some cosmetic surgeons who are not General Surgeons.So maybe see a General Surgeon First

Try first a Lipo the result will remain if you gain weight the fat wil go other place in your body.This will change your image and help you to follow a diet and loose weight befor you get pregnant.The overweight is almost always emotional.
