I’m starting to see a lot of patients like you now. This is one of the downsides of the procedure in the context of an unhealthy lifestyle, poor diet and lack of exercise. With weight gain, the buttocks will mushroom. That’s why a more conservative approach is best. Targeted and precise liposuction can be used to reverse this along with downsizing your implants or just removing them. Good luck.

I’m sorry for your struggles. This is one of the downsides of medical tourism. There are many upsides but unfortunately, this is one of the primary downsides. If you look carefully at your preoperative pictures, you were uneven. There should’ve been asymmetric fat grafting to address that. Your pre-existing concert irregularities or cellulite can be difficult to correct if at all with fat grafting. Good luck..

The best way to cultivate ann athletic is by being athletic and training your body. Squats and lunges and core work are a cheap and safe way to embellish your midsection and backside. You do have some modest fat deposits over your hips and posterior trunk that could be targeted for the sake of liposuction and subtle fat grafting. An in-person consultation is always best, but I do believe a standard abdominoplasty with the "possibility" of a small vertical component just above the pubis should do the trick.
