It is easy to size when you are either having breast augmentation for the first time or are upsizing. It’s called in office sizing with purpose built sizers, something that could have saved you from having three surgeries already and needing a fourth. However, downsizing can’t be demonstrated with sizers and so surgeon experience is necessary. My rule is that anything less than 20% reduction in size will not be visible. For you that means a 520 cc implant, maximum.

It is highly unlikely that your relatively new implant ruptured, but instead your scar capsule did. This can lead to soreness due to bruising. Hopefully your surgeon has high resolution ultrasound available in their office so that this can be quickly and easily confirmed. Most surgeons like myself who perform a lot of silicone gel breast augmentation should have one (or two), they’re invaluable to us!

Scarless tummy tuck? Fantasy. Mini tummy tuck, insufficient. You have rectus diastasis, along with general muscle wall fascial stretch like every other woman with children. I don’t blame you for not liking hip to hip scars because the vast majority are too high. Placed very low, in the theoretical border between abdomen and thigh and between the abdomen and pubic triangle, and you will never really notice it and will feel sexy. A full tuck can give many women abdomens they never had.
