It is true that scar tissue might be an issue with unfurling and tightening your skin, so hyperbaric oxygen should be part of the perioperative plan.

It’s called in office sizing with purpose built sizers, something that could have saved you from having three surgeries already and needing a fourth. However, downsizing can’t be demonstrated with sizers and so surgeon experience is necessary. My rule is that anything less than 20% reduction in size will not be visible. For you that means a 520 cc implant, maximum.

Hopefully your surgeon has high resolution ultrasound available in their office so that this can be quickly and easily confirmed. Most surgeons like myself who perform a lot of silicone gel breast augmentation should have one (or two), they’re invaluable to us!
