Excision of buccal fat pad removes chubby cheeks gives a well defined cheek bones .It can be done under Local anesthesia with Intravenous sedation . Risks are hematoma, infection , salivary duct injury ,&facial nerve damage . However if it is done by well trained surgeon these risks are avoided.Post op pain is minimal and swelling is moderate, patient can go back to work the day after the operation ….

My best wayto treat acne scars is subcision with filling fat under the scar, then inject PRP ,then do resurfacing with co2 laser all in one session this can be repeated after few months .

Thank you for your questionLiposuction in jaw  line can be done but by an experinced surgeon , it is important to prevent any nerve injury .But for cheeks I do not advice liposuction .The best is to use phosphotidyl choline which is used to dissove fat . It can be injected in cheeks every 2 weeks till you have the desired cheek shape .

Thank you for your question.Botox injection stars to show after 3 days and gives Mac effect after 2 weeks.The dose you was given is moderate but the effect depends on your orginal wrinkles.I advise you to wait till 2 weeks the you can consult your Dr for a touch up if needed

Thank you for your question,The size of an implant depends on your chest width or base of breast , and skin elasticity .The wider your breast base > then 15 cm, with elastic skin you can accomodate  a large implant . It has to be high profile..Wish you a successful operation

Dear Alyssa, i hope this finds you well, and wish you good recovery in advance. I reviewed your pre-op post-op pictures, the right breast implant is misplaced and it’s higher and pushing the nipple downwards and it looks smaller. I recommend you wait for 3 month, and then reconsider putting a bigger implant on your right breast. by doing so the cleavage will become slightly better. Best regards

Dear Bijay,i hope this finds you in great shape. I recommend you perform an Acne scars treatment which is done by fractional CO2 laser and gives you a 50% improvement. But it’s preferable to have the treatment during winter because it’s essential you prevent sun exposure for a month after treatment.  Best regards
