I agree that it would be very useful to see what you looked like pre op as it does seem that you have a lack of skin in the lower pole of the breast and your nipple is not situated correctly in relation to the implant. HiThis is a common question in my practice and I now use a Virtual Reality 3D scanning software which simulates different sizes of implants on your body. Everybody is different and the range of implants is now vast so it is absolutely essential that you get he choice right in order to achieve your desired post op goal. I would try to get a 3D consultation so that you can make an informed choice.best of luck

Hi Thanks for the question.Surgeons are most concerned that nothing digs into the incision line and that is why we recommend no underwired bras post op. As long as the bra is comfortable and supportive then you should be OK but do discuss with your PS.best wishes

Hi Thanks for your question. It sounds like you will need an implant to provide fullness in the upper part of the breast. You will also have to have an uplift in order to re position the nipple and resahpe the breast but as said by other Doctors here this will require significant scarring and also significant risks. You can sometime reduce the risk by having this done as a staged procedure. That is to have a breast lift first and then later have an implant placed.you need think things over …

Hi Thanks for your question.I agree your implant seems to be sitting too low and this give the impression that the nipple is riding high. The only way to correct this is with revision surgery and lift the implant then make sure that the fold of the breast is correctly re-positioned and secured. HiThis is a very common question and I now prefer to use a 3D virtual reality system which allows you to see what you will look like with different sizes and shapes.Take time to weigh up the pros and cons. Bigger implants don’t tend to look natural Best wishes
