I generally use a little bit of sedation to make the numbing of the chest less painful and then let the tumescent solution sit before performing liposuction and gland excision. Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, you would definitely be a candidate for a lower facelift- you have jowling and some loose skin in your neck that a facelift would really address. As for your eyes, you do appear to have loose skin on your upper lids that would benefit from excision and bags on your lower lids that would benefit from being addressed, so it does look like you would benefit from an upper and lower blepharoplasty. I don't see a real need for ptosis correction...
