Es un placer responder a sus inquietudes, basándome es sus fotos definitivamente para mejorar su abdomen necesitaría un tummy tuck. Gracias por compartir tus fotos, basándome en ellas puedo observar que debido a la forma del hueso de la nariz lo mas recomendables es que se realice una rinoplastia, una consulta personalizada le ayudaría mucho a definir la armonía que necesita tu nariz con respecto a tu rostro.

Basándome en su foto si se puede realizar ambos procedimientos, pero para obtener un mejor resultado le sugiero realizar una dieta para mejorar su peso, luego de esto me gustaría me hiciera llegar fotos de su evolución como también su peso y estatura.
