Thanks for your question. The picture doesn't help much but for what i can see your a good candidate for a mommy makeover. the liposuction compliments pretty good the tummy tuck it highlights your contour. if needed that fat we take out can be used in other areas. lumps? in expert hands and if you do your massages and use your elastic garment that shouldn't happen. hope this helps , good luck!

Thanks for the question. without picture is difficult to suggest. its different one procedure from the other, maybe you should compare butt augmentation with fat or implants. these procedures get as a result an augmentation , fullness of the gluteal area, without helping on the saggy skin. if your looking for a gluteal lift because excess skin the ideal is the butt lift. this means scars. i will be glad to help if needed.good luck!

In my opinion you should decide what you want , implants or BBL?doing both will add possible complications, infection, more surgery time, more areas with surgery (+ trauma), longer recuperation. if you don’t have enough fat for a BBL, do only the butt implant. price varies between doctors and countries. im a board certify doctor in Dominican Republic, price range 4000-5000us.i will be glad to help, good luck!

Age limit varies depending on the procedure, in this case we treat it as a breast implant, 18 years old minimum. this procedure like others should be under parents consent. plastic surgery is as delicate as any other surgical procedure. good luck!
