Hello, sorry you are having problems with this. Sometimes swelling after eyelid surgery can go on for a few weeks. I suggest you contact your Plastic Surgeon and arrange to be reviewed. Photos would help too. Good luck!

By 5 months most of the post operative swelling will have settled. It does appear that you do have indentations. You should check with your surgeon and see if this is amenable to correction by revision surgery.

The amount of swelling depends on the extent of the liposuction. Nevertheless, most of the swelling should settle in 4-6 weeks. A compression garment helps with this. The rest of the swelling continues to decrease gradually. Final results take a few months to see. A controlled and balanced diet will help. Hope that helps. Good luck!
