Thank you for your question.  There is no doubt that a tummy tuck is the way to go.  You have skin excess which will be removed by a tummy tuck.  Liposuction will not do this and in fact will only increase the excess lax skin.  As long as you are finished having children, this is your best option.  Best wishes.

Thank you for your question.  It is typical that some women, and especially as we get older, have less dense breast tissue. Thank you for your question.  It is a bit hard to see your picture.  Also a photo of you sitting would be very helpful.  In general, if you have laxity or excess skin above the belly button,  full tummy tuck will give you the best result.  If the laxity in mostly in the lower abdomen, below the belly button, a more limited surgery is an option.  Hope this helps.

Thank you for your question and for providing the photographs.  You absolutely need a lift and it would be a mistake to have implants alone.  The implant would sit in the proper position and your breast would sag off the implant, called a "Snoopy" deformity.  I know that you want to avoid the incisions that are necessary for a breast lift.  The scars will fade and there are things that can be done to get a really good quality scar.  Hope this helps.

Thank you for your question.  Typically a cup size is 100-150grams/ccs.  Looking at your frame, 150cc is probably a cup for you.  I know you said you are a DDD but I believe your cup size is actually larger.  Most women are wearing a band that is too big and a cup size that is too small.  Assuming you are a DDD, you would need approximately 450grams removed.  Since in all likelihood you are actually a much larger cup size, you probably need around 600 grams removed.  Removing 100 grams ...
