Congratulations on the weight loss!!! It appears as though you should get great results from the following:1. Breast lift +/- implants or autoaugmentation2. Circumferential abdominoplasty (abdominoplasty with a flankplasty)3. Upper back lift +/- liposuction4. Inner thigh liposuction +/- extended thighplasty.
I know there are a lot of +/-'s, but it's hard to give exact answers from photos. Many, if not all, of those procedures could be done at the same time saving you recovery time and money...

It appears as though a vertical (lollipop) lift with implants would give you nice results. This way, the lift would raise the nipple/areola and the implant would give you more upper breast fullness. It appears as though you may need about 450cc implants to give you the look in the photos. However, I suggest trying on implant samples at the plastic surgeon's office to see how large you want to go. This also gives you a good idea of how you'll look after the procedure.
