Thank you for your question. This procedure can safely be performed with general or local anesthesia in the hands of an experienced and board certified plastic surgeon for this procedure. The pros are that there can be a significant and permanent increase in girth or width, usually approximately 2.5 cm in circumference at the base, mid shaft, and distal shaft. This procedure does not affect length of the penis significantly, nor does it affect the size of the head of the penis....
After you’ve transferred fat to the penis, does the penis still get as hard as it did before?

After transferring fat to the penile shaft it will still function normally in terms of erection, and the fat that is transferred will evenly spread during the erection to allow for increased girth/width both soft or with erection. Thank you for your question! Renuvion J-Plasma is a great tool which uses cold helium plasma combined with radiofrequency.. essentially allowing the surgeon to tighten the skin. It is best used in combination with liposuction of almost any part of the body with excess fat. The "wand" is placed underneath the skin and somewhat resembles a liposuction cannula device. That is a great question. In general a revision is not associated with increased risks, unless of course there is an infection in the first place. The second go-round is slightly more difficult for any surgeon to do, so please look for an experienced and board certified plastic surgeon.

Great question! The short answer is .. yes.. but it very much depends on which procedure is done for enlargement. My preferred method is fat transfer to the penile shaft (taken from any unwanted area of the body). This allows for resting increased girth (and some minimal changes to length). With erection the size is retained although distributed along the erected shaft. Hope this helps!

The most common procedures to get this look would include a breast augmentation along with liposuction 360 (entire torso including abdomen, flanks, back) and fat transfer to the buttocks and hips. I do believe that you can achieve a great result without buttock implants in your case.
