His father, Dr. Julio Taleisnik, is a world-renowned hand surgeon who inspired Dr. Andrés to follow in his footsteps. After graduating summa cum laude from Princeton University with his bachelor’s degree in biology, he returned to his home state of California to earn his medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Society.

After completing an internship at UCLA in general surgery, Dr. Andrés stayed on to pursue residencies in both general surgery (including pediatric surgery, cancer surgery, and trauma surgery) and plastic surgery (ranging from craniofacial and oncologic surgery to aesthetic and microsurgery).

He finished his advanced training with a year-long hand and microsurgery fellowship under Dr. David Green in San Antonio before permanently moving his family to Orange County.

Dr. Andrés is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He stays active in the medical community by publishing articles and chapters in esteemed journals and textbooks, and is a frequent guest speaker at conferences in North America.

You shouldn't have any problems returning to your nursing school activities, even strenuous ones, 2 months after your breast augmentation. I typically allow my patients to do virtually all activities after 2-3 weeks, except that I limit STRONG use of the chest/pectoral muscles until 6 weeks after surgery. Best of luck!

You shouldn’t expect results from any injectable treatment to be permanent, but they could very likely be helpful. A physician examination is recommended to determine whether the depression is due to overactive adjacent muscle, excess bulk of adjacent muscle, or a soft tissue deficit.
