Most nostril reshaping is performed through traditional rhinoplasty manoevres - and I suspect this would be the best option for you depending on goals and a full assessment of your situation. Hi there. Most humps are not related to nasal trauma. However, is is common to have some irregular contours after a nasal fracture and that the nasal profile looks different from different sides - this indicated an underlying asymmetry. Both correct of asymmetry and contour refinement are conventional goals of septorhinoplasty. Good luck!
