If your main goal is to correct the asymmetry and achieve a perfect even breast, I am afraid you would be disappointed. However, if you wish to achieve a more fuller breast then I think using two different size implants could improve the symmetry and give you a good cosmetic outcome. I honestly believe that a good and deep discussion with your surgeon prior to surgery is not only paramount but would also determine your expectations.

Generally speaking a cosmetic surgeon would be able to assess the cosmetic outcome only after 3 months on wards. My opinion is that it is now too early to make a proper decision whether the asymmetry is acceptable or not. Mt advice: relax and trust your surgeon. He will be the best to discuss with your cosmetic outcome.

You need urgent treatment and possibly implant removal. Maya please be aware that if the infection spread and goes in the blood stream then it could endanger your safety.

The lymphocyte transformation test (LTT) could help

I think that the LTT has proven to be a useful test for the diagnosis of drug hypersensitivity reactions and helped to better understand possible reactions. I would ask my immunologist to perform this test and discuss the out come of it before proceeding with breast enhancement.
