According to your photos, it seems that your areolas are below the mammary fold of your breasts. This indicates that you will need a breast lift which means your areolas need to be elevated to higher more aesthetic position and some skin and breast tissue need to be removed from the lower pole to create a new shape. Since you seem to have alot of breast tissue, the volume from your breast tissue and a small implant will help create the best projection and shape.

After pregnancy, the breasts suffer changes such as loss of elasticity and volume. The quality of the breast tissue and skin are not as strong and when putting a large implant that has a weight, it can pull on the vunerable skin and stress it out. Each patient reacts different to surgery and the doctor cannot predict how the skin will support that weight of the implant. It is important to have a followup appointment with your doctor to see what he recommends and maybe a second opinion.
