Hi There! I would try some jaw fillers. I believe it would look great and you can go gradually and appreciate the result immediately. It wont make any massive changes to your face and its even reversible (the hyaluronic acid)! I hope this help a bit!

Hi there! I believe you would be a great candidate for a knee skin lift. Based on the photo, I dont think you will have significant improvement with all the non surgical skin tightening machines available on the market. It is a simple procedure performed in clinic under local anesthesia! You need to prevent and knee flexion for the first 2 weeks (the most you can. Some people do one knee at the time to make the postop more easy). I hope this help a bit!

Hello there! Sorry to hear that, it is probably very annoying that your nipples are coming out of your bras. Yes it is possible to lower your nipples position (theres different technique but re excising the skin at the junction of your breast and abdomen will help) and also to revision your tummy tuck scar if you think it is too wide.

Hello there, your final scar will be at round 12 months postop. I usually recommend silicone sheet at 2 weeks postop for 3-6 months that you should wear 23/24h! This is the only proven postop dressing. I also recommend scar massage to make them supple and pain free :) i hope this help a bit!

Hello there! I believe based on your photos that you would love and be a great candidate for a 2 stages 360 lipo followed by a tummy tuck 3 months later. The lipo will allow all the fat to be removed and so there will be more skin to resect in the second stage. Having the lipo and tummy tuck at the same time limits the amount of liposuction that can be done. I hope this help a bit :)

Hello there! The limit BMI depends on different practices but I personally dont go above BMI 32 in order to keep safe cosmetic surgeries. Ideally a BMI below 30 is optimal to lower your overall risks of complications. With higher BMI higher risk of blood clot, pulmonary embolism, infection, bleeding, wound problems, etc. You can always find clinic that will have a higher tolerance on their BMI but they probably have to deal with more postoperative complications. Hello there! Based on the photos, you seem a good candidate for 360 abdominal lipo. With the technology nowadays, I think you skin can beautifully heal back in place and not be hanging down. I also think that you dont need a BBL :) Concerning your breast, I would recommend a lift with or without implants. The lift allows to reposition your nipples back up. The implants help with going bigger and giving you upper fullness and cleavage. I hope this helps a bit:)

Congratulations on the weight loss! this is amazing! It is also amazing that your weight is stable for 6 months!You can have a lift without implants. However, the final size of your breasts will be the amount of breast soft tissue you have. The nipple will be back up to its position and they will be more perky. Without implants, you want have the upper fullness and cleavage. It really depends on what you are looking for :) I also think you will love the tummy tuck with flank lipo! I hope…

Hello! I recommend to all my patients silicone sheet for at least 3 months once the wounds have healed (usually around 2 weeks). You wear the sheets on the scar at all time except for shower! That’s really the only proven postop dressing shown to improve the scar appearance. I also recommended scar massage :)
Would a breast lift help me achieve sensation after nerves were cut from a breast augmentation?

Hello there, if the nerves were cut, most likely the sensation wont come back. The only cases were the sensation comes back is when the implants used were so big or the breasts were so hypertrophic that they were pulling and stretching the nerves and so when the implants were removed or the breast were reduced, my patients gained back their sensation to the nipples.
Is it possible to get upper pole fullness with just a lift?
