Yes, you certainly would be a good candidate for a breast lift. There may be some benefit in a small reduction in order to ‘unweight’ the breast. However, even following a breast lift, over time, there will be a tendency for the breast to droop again due to the stretched nature of your skin. However, they would not droop to the extent they are now, and a lift would certain help improve the shape. It would be still worthwhile.

I would allow a minimum of 6 months following surgery before considering any further procedures. This allows the scars to soften and settle. In the first 3 months following surgery, there is a build up of scar as it goes through a repair phase. The remodelling phase then begins whereby the scars mature. This can take more than 12 months. A waiting time of 6 months is usually a good compromise

The volume will be the same though the implant will be camouflaged by the soft tissues. This is more so when placed beneath the muscle, especially in the upper half of the breast above the nipple. If the implant is placed just beneath the breast tissue, the amount to which you will see the implant depends on the fatty layer beneath the skin.
