Good day and thanks for your question. Because you say you are lean, I assume your breast tissue is also thin, so I don´t recommend fat transfer in the same procedure as the implants removal because the available area to put in the fat graft is thin and there´s a risk of fat migration to the empty pocket where your implants were, if this happens the fat will die and you’ll end up with a seroma. The lump you are showing can be secondary to several things, could be a seroma, trapped blood, a fat graft accumulation, etc. Best you can do is to have a consultation with your surgeon to decide what is the best aproach to solve it like aspiration, antibiotics, massage, etc. With a good aproach usually lumps disapear in some months.

Certainly fat embolism is one of the risks in a BBL procedure. However the fat embolism occurs when a major vein within or beneath the butt muscles is damaged during the fat transfer. If you can see this vein it means it is just below the skin, making it not a major problem. I recommend you to look for a certified plastic surgeon to get this surgery done as safety as possible. Good day and thanks for your question. Yes, you can have lipo of your back and arms to harvest fat and transfer it to the butt for a BBL. You can also have lipo of the tummy. Liposuction will help you to better define your back and waist. Just consider that Lipo of the arms has to be done carefully as you could end up with saggy skin on that area that would require further surgery (brachioplasty). Best of lucks

If your tip wasn´t touch during surgery probably is just the swelling what is causing that effect, also some inner scarring issues can lead to a change in how the tip look. usually after 6 to 12 months from surgery the tip goes down. Having a consultation with your surgeon can help you to better clarify your doubts.

Certainly the look you are seeking it´s not possible by doing one intervention, trying to achieve that result may end up in a functional disaster or at least an aesthetic displeasant look.
