You are a candidate for a full tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks. A full tummy tuck is the only thing that will address the skin laxity you have around the belly button.Liposuction of this area alone will make the skin look worse. You would be wasting your money on any non surgical treatments. I suggest you schedule an appointment with a surgeon in your area so you can get more details on what will give you the best result and to make sure your expectations are met.

It is normal to not be totally symmetric. If this really bothers you and your operating surgeon doesn't see what you, go to another plastic surgeon for a second opinion. Keep in mind that your overall result seems good from the photo you provided and the enemy of good is better. Good luck!Dr. B

You are a candidate for a full tummy tuck and muscle repair. I believe liposuction alone may leave your skin looking worse because of the laxity you are starting with. Have the liposuction with fat transfer procedure first, let your body heal, then go back in for the tummy tuck if you want.

No, I suggest being near your operating surgeon for at least 7-10 days. You will not save on expenses at all if there are any complications and someone other than your surgeon needs to treat you. Keep in mind that you are at a higher risk for blood clots following surgery and flights will increase those risks even more. Please plan your surgery safely and realistically.Dr. B

You are very early in the healing process after breast augmentation. As the implants soften, settle and drop the breast shape will change. It can take 4-6 months before the implants look and feel like they belong to you. Be sure to keep any scheduled follow up appointments you have with your surgeon for his or her evaluation and advice.
