Your breasts are close together but cosmetically are sufficiently separate. It is difficult to see in the photos but I suspect that if you do have symmastia it must be very mild. As you say this is not of concern and hopefully this satisfies your curiousity.

From your photos I think that a 300-350cc implant should give you sufficient lift without having to undergo a “surgical lift”. I would recommend being assessed by a Plastic Surgeon who specialises in cosmetic breast surgery. All the best.

From your photos and description after weight loss it does appear that you have this condition. It would be best to check with your insurance company about coverage for surgery. It appears that you would be a candidate for a single stage breast augmentation mastopexy, I would recommend being assessed by a Plastic Surgeon who specialises in cosmetic breast surgery. It sounds like you are slim and have a small frame. Given this usually a sub muscular pocket would be recommended. 400cc is a large implant for your build but if you want to look over full then this might be your preference. All the best.

Given your current 34C bust and height I would estimate that 400cc will give you a 3-4 cup size increase, that is taking you to a 34E-F. This maybe too large for your frame and if you have doubts about the advice you have received then consider seeking a second opinion from a Plastic Surgeon who specialises in cosmetic breast surgery. Any extra weight added to your bust can potentially create postural issues and back pain. If you do proceed I would recommend an implant at the smaller end of the range. Once you are healed then it is fine to undertake massage or chiropractor treatments. All the best.

With your characteristics and desired look I would recommend a round implant in front of the muscle. From the photos I would doubt that you need a lift, best to see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specialises in cosmetic breast surgery. All the best.

Breast implants are not to be considered lifetime devices, it is likely that most women who have had implants for breast augmentation will require a revisional procedure at some stage. However, implants do not have to be removed at a particular time. Generally if you are happy and comfortable then you do not need the implants to be revised.

I agree with you that your right nipple has a degree of necrosis. This is an unfortunate complication of breast lift surgery. I advise you to keep in close contact with your Plastic Surgeon until it fully heals. Hopefully this occurs with dressings alone but sometimes further surgery is required. Be wary of infection, if there is redness around the wound or you start to feel hot and unwell then seek urgent medical attention preferably from your surgeon. All the best.

Yes this is possible. The technique depends on the degree of lift you want – a small lift could be achieved with a crescentic lift and a more moderate lift with a peri-areolar approach. Either of these will involve removing a small amount of skin only and preserve your breast volume and shape.

From your data I believe you would be a good candidate for breast reduction surgery. A lot of the symptoms you describe will resolve after surgery removes the excess weight from your bust.
