What degree of ptosis is this, and would I be more suitable for a donut or lollipop mastopexy?

Thanks for your question and photos. You have grade 2 ptosis. In my opinion you should have a vertical scar mastopexy. Benelli or peri areolar lifts would not be appropriate.

Thanks for your question and the photos.
It would appear that you have some under resected areas and irregular scars. You should return to your original PS to discuss revision surgery in the areas that trouble you. It is not unusual to need these additional procedures after a tummy tuck.

Hi. Thanks for the question.
My advice would be to wait and see. It is possible that these will not cause any problems as nylon is fairly inert biologically.
If there are issues later then a scar revision might be necessary.

Hello and thanks for your question. From your photographs I would not say you have symmastia and in fact this is a great result. If you are happy with your breasts (and you should be) just try not to worry – this is a good outcome.

Thanks for your question. I think it would be best to get your surgeon to check this out as only they know for sure what sutures they used to close your wounds and where the drains were sited. They will advise you best
I think it’s likely to settle down soon as it’s probably early scar formation and if you say there is no redness then is unlikely to be infection.

Thanks for your question.
I think it is very important to feel comfortable with the choice you have made before proceeding with surgery. There may be good reasons why your PS is recommending one size – but they should explain this to you clearly.
Using external sizing prostheses or digital imaging manipulation can be a great way of agreeing on the best volume increase for you. If this hasn’t been offered then I would suggest shopping around for a clinic where this is routine for breast…

Thank you for your query and photos.
I think you have had a good result as far as I can determine – it is easier to judge in person or with standardised photos. But your implants look well centred with the scar just above the fold.
I would continue to wear a supportive bra and massage your scars with moisturiser. There is no need to worry about bottoming out – I cant see any evidence of this.
