It is difficult to tell from a frontal view but it looks like you are holding a lot of your weight inside of your abdomen. A tummy tuck will not help this. You may want to consider losing weight before your surgery to get the best result.

Either saline or gel can give you a natural look if you don't choose too large of an implant. The main disadvantage to saline is their feel vs the gel implants.

If you are having foul smelling drainage from your breast your surgeon needs to be alerted. Your PS would much rather know about this early on.

The breasts will take several months to assume their final shape so what you see at 3 weeks will change. Based on your photos, I suspect you had more asymmetry pre-operatively than you think.

Based on your photos and stated goals I would recommend a breast augmentation with a lift. Find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area.

As you raise your arm your natural breast tissue lifts and what you are seeing is the lower edge of the implant. The implant pocket can be adjusted to eliminate this but it will require surgery.
