I strongly suggest you get the right breast evaluated as soon as possible. Since your fat graft was 10 years ago, you should have testing done to confirm if in fact it is fat necrosis or if the hardening and mass like ball you feel is anything else. This may be an important health issue that should be addressed. Regarding achieving symmetry through a breast reduction, it is possible. An evaluation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. Good Luck and Best wishes

Age alone does not exclude you from being a candidate for liposuction, bbl or even a tummy tuck. There are other factors to consider such as health. I do surgery on patients in your age range. I believe you should have an in depth evaluation with a board certified plastic. Bring a list of questions so that you dont forget any. You would be a good candidate for bbl with lipo. I always recommend a consultation with a board plastic surgeon. You do not necessarily need to gain weight. You should discuss with your surgeon your bbl expectations (in terms of size). This will help him determine if you have enough fat that can be harvested for your procedure. if you need to gain weight, the surgeon can recommend how much weight and the timeframe. good luck!!
